Maybe for advertising? I don't know. Or because of the 6-min restriction between posts? I don't think that it would be possible to scam anyone with a 2-months old account. |

This newb account maybe just a proxy for some older account. And this purchase is needed for sockpuppeting probably. Or maybe some freebies/sig ads but noone would sell for that low. |

It could be legit.
Some people pay for signatures based on post count, and require nothing more.
Old posts still show current signatures.
