Very good news.
Of course you'll have to be very brave to bet against Bitcoin in the short term (middle term) but good news to give this option. After all this is possible in the stocks market too. This will make things more balanced, and we will see if the big mouths we hear around will dare to back their words with action?

Such behavior of brokers is quite expected.  At any outcome, they want to make money on bitcoin.  Now many people want to make money on cryptocurrency growth. And those who do not believe in cryptocurrency just enough.
