Blockchian.info don't allow me to use all my bitcoin

Hi, I am using Blockchian.info wallet, I have 0.00242607 BTC
when I want to send bitcoin to an address with fee 0.00045426 BTC, it only allows me to send 0.00085799 BTC. I can't send more than 0.00045426 BTC while I have more than this amount in my account.

anybody know why this happens?

If I have to guess: did you receive many small transactions in the past? If their system is smart, they exclude the inputs that are smaller than the fee they require.

Try Customize Fee, does it allow you to send more when you do that?

I have 0.0024 in my wallet, now I want send 0.0015 with transaction fee 0.00030962 which make total: 0.0015+0.00030962 = 0.00180962 which is less than 0.0024 and I shouldn't have any problem, I don't know why I can't send it.

Loyce is right. It happens due to receiving lots of small transactions.
Click this "Use total available minus fee" then you will get the exact figure which you will be able to send after paying regular fee.

You can also change the fee and try to send but it may take longer time to confirm.
I see you made mistake while changing the fee. You have put 150sats/byte while the regular fee was 141sats/byte. Reduce it from the regular fee and try.

I was having the same problem yesterday, and it was related to the fees. Whenever I wanted to pay lower fees than the one blockchain recommends (over 350sat), I got the same "glitch" and it would reduce the total amount of what I was sending.

Only solution I founds was, as akamit said, when sending coins click "Use total available minus fee" and go with it (regular or priority), it's going to be a high fee but I didn't care since I wanted to get my coins out of blockchain.info.

You should use Electrum, let's you have absolute control over your wallet (and private keys) without having these kind of issues.
