Up for auction is 6 direct shares of ASICMINER, which pay dividends every wednesday. The price is 4.85 bitcoins per share. there is no minimum to purchase. This auction is for anyone.  Serious bidders only. Escrow is fine if you pay the fee. If for whatever reason the shares don't get transferred in time, ill of course forward divs.

can we get friedcat to verify this?

i have two problems with this: 1)don't want to waste friedcats time only to have nobody bid. Then I have to do all of this all over again.

2) if we have to wait until friedcat confirms, that means we will have to wait about 48 hours. I just had an auction where fforest bought shares and didn't pay / delayed for 5 days, effectively taking a free option on me. If anyone has any issue trusting me  (even though I've helped stop scammers in the past) I'd advise using an escrow.

I won my shares in this auction: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=223720.0

I'll do this:

If you bid and have a  successful history of paying for our auctions then we can wait for friedcat to confirm if you want.

Sorry I wasn't clear.  Someone can help you sign a statement proving ownership but the way to do it depends on the WALLET.  Which client/wallet are you using for that address (Bitcoin QT, Armory, blockchain.info, etc).
