No one can now the future, I have heard a lot of people say that these two coins can coexist together in the future. So it shouldnt necessarily be seen as a replacement for the original BTC. But who knows, in the future everything might happen!

Of course not. Bitcoin or bitcoin, BCH can't replace it, you see a look at the flow of money every day understand. Most of the money in the market is in bitcoin, which is inseparable from people's approval of special currency. Even if the price of BCH is high, it can not replace the position of bitcoin.

Less transaction fees and same amount as BTC... why not No. I don't believe that it is even possible for BCH or any altcoin arise from fork will be able to replace Bitcoin as the top cryptocurrency. There are already coins from forks that challenged the reputation of bitcoi. but for a long run, bitcoin remained the best since its marjet value is continuously growing more than any other crypto. Bitcoin is expected to be more successful in the future and chances are high that it will happen.

No, bitcoin will be the number one of cryptocurrency, if bitcoin is replaced by bch then bch will replaced by the other altcoin, and there is no cryptocurrency which can keep its value. And investor will tired of cryptocurrency investment.

Less transaction fees and same amount as BTC... why not Fork will never replace the original one. Bitcoin Cash transaction fees is absolutely less than bitcoin but it will not long-last. When it comes in technicality and trusted coin, bitcoin is the most famous. Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency and no one can change it for me. Eventhough there are lots of altcoin and forks, bitcoin will be the number one.

Do you think BCH will replace BTC in the future?
not a chance for that. BCH will get pumped hard but it will never be able to compete with bitcoin because it is not doing anything special apart from having bigger blocks than bitcoin! Less transaction fees and same amount as BTC... why not it is like this ONLY because nobody is using BCH. check out their blocks if you don't believe me. 90% of them are empty with only a couple of transctions in them.

I think one of the best explanation for this is when they interview the guy from (I cant recall), that every time that has a fork, BTC is going stronger to put it simply he said that we had different medium of transactions in different era, where gold lost in the age of time as a medium of transaction yet the price of gold is still growing. And BTC is like gold, every fork BTC price will just increase.

Btc will always be number 1 but as we see time pass we will see more and more problems with transaction fees. We have to remember that with more interest in crypto currencies the first thing people hear is btc and as they learn more they may well sell bch as the future.

Does the spike bitcoin made this year says it will be replaced? Of course not! at least not in the foreseeable future. In the far future there may come a coin that will replace BTC, but it's too far to be known by us now..

BCH replacing bitcoin in the future !? the answer .. can be "yes", considering the features bitcoincash superior and interesting. bitcoincash with innovation and updates and system improvements are expected to be more sophisticated. for the price, in the future, bitcoin and bitcoincash will be equally expensive. however, as we know, cryptocurrency is very difficult to guess. let's see what will happen tomorrow.

It was the first goal of the hard fork at that time to replace the BTC with a stable coin in the BTC blockchain with a large block size (8MB besides 1MB) and a low transcation fees. And it was the time when China banned the ICOs collecting funds for start-ups so community thought it was the end of the bitcoin and Chineese investors started pump the BCH by puting more FIAT money on it. By nowdays, it's clear that this is not possible to replace bitcoin due to centralized authorities aiming to create a new mechanism bor the cryptoworld. Bitcoin is decentralized and only leaded by the community so can't expect to easly replace it. One last thing that bitcoin is the only solution for anybody to cash out his funds so we may think about a possible replacement if Banks and ATMs adopt the BCH as a method of payment.

No. While it is feasible for a cryptocurrency to replace Bitcoin at some point due to better features, just like paper replaced Gold that was used as a currency in the ancient times, that coin will never ever be Bitcoin Cash. Firstly, should more than 10 people start using Bitcoin Cash regularly, the blocks will become full, and that is 8MB per block. That is an increase of 420GB over the course of 365 days. They've also said that they will further increase the block size if needed, which will make things even worse. In a few years' time, only a handful of entities will be able to run Bitcoin Cash nodes, thus making it centralized. For reference the Bitcoin blockchain is 142GB right now.

Bitcoin Core will implement the Lightning network soon and then BCash will not be able to keep up. They can increase the Block sizes as much as they want, they will never have the same scalability as the Lightning Network. Fees will no longer be a issue, because off-chain payment channels will be much cheaper.

BCC replacing bitcoin is mostly an unnecessary question. They didn't have to be in opposing camps because the only major technology difference is the blocksize. If this alone could propel a crypto currency above bitcoin, then some other coin would have done this already and the same must have been done by it to another of the almost 1800 crytpos out there. For the time being, the questions regarding on-chain scaling are the real issue that would have been best solved by all the best brains joining together rather than this political/ greed motivated bickering that has instead been going on since BCC came into existence.
Now there are multiple arguments on both sides about who fired the first shot and it has been debated endlessly. Ultimately, what matters to not just bitcoin's future but also for crypto as a whole is whether they can come up with real workable solutions to the scaling issue.
For now, those who are being happy about fast confirmation times of BCC need only take a look at the blockchain explorer results for the two chain and forget about the prices for once. The number of transactions that the BCC chain is doing are far less at present as compared to the BTC chain. You really have to wait and see how well BCC will actually scale when more transactions start coming on.

bitcoin cash is just getting pumped hard today and you are getting overly excited because you made some profit thanks to this ongoing pump.
instead of letting excitement blind you, try to look past it and start thinking about when you should sell before the dumping begins like last time and you miss out your chance to maximize your profit.

If BCH can get payment processors like Bitpay to enable them, and if Bitpay win back customers like Steam to accept bitcoincash, then yes.
Bitcoin is currently completely unusable for merchants, so another coin has to take it's place. It's either that, or give up and concede the merchant space to the lives of VISA and Mastercard.
