Yes, I went further and looked for more news in Google about this. I found the video from the surveillance cameras and saw a fraudster, the police are already setting the identity.

The sooner the govts recognise the irreversible trend of btc adoption and the sooner they put btc under some sort of legal framwork, the higher the price btc will be. maybe some people won't agree but that's what i think!

It is now legal in Belarus to hold, mine, sell and buy cryptocurrencies for Belarusian Rubles and other state-issued currencies. Individuals can grant and bequeath cryptocurrencies as well.

Oh I didn't know that they already made the necessary laws for bitcoin legalization and regulation. It seems like Belarus became a free zone for everything about crypto currencies, well, besides just crypto criminal, of course Grin

If this be true, I cannot wait for the resolution of this case because surely this will be the benchmark of all other States when it comes to dealing with the same problem. Said Decision will most likely influence future cases on how to handle cases of similar nature. Although yes, laws vary per jurisdiction. It is just that I find this very interesting considering this case is something fresh for almost all nations. Otherwise stated, the initiation of a first case for stealing Bitcoin has in all sense the likes of novelty.
