I dont understand... could you explain, please?(im noob) no problem, off course I can explain. A currency that is a 'privacy coin' should not have a rich list. Having a rich list implies that you can look into the blockchain and find for example the 100 addresses with the most coins in them, like over here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/#!richWould it seem private to you if I could just look somewhere in the internet and find the 100 bank accounts with the most money in them? Would you consider it a privacy coin if, when I send you money, you can go on the internet, look up my address and see how much money is in there, with whom I transacted in the past, for how much etc... So, a golden rule: if a coin has a rich list, it's not a privacy-coin at all... So Xspec is no privacy-coin at all, they say they are, but they aren't, they're lying.... as you can see, monero does not have a rich list: https://moneroblocks.info/richlist This is because the blockchain is opaque, I can't go and look up an address of someone I transacted with, I can't see amounts, I can't create a richlist... Hope this helps, if not, please ask me more, I'll happily try to help you. best regards,

If I understand correctly based on my research the XSPEC richlist is a relic of the ICO - at which point XSPEC had not implemented most of its current advanced privacy features. Also, the 1.5 update will make stealth addresses default, so the "rich list" argument should disappear and make XSPEC one of the best privacy coins on the market (and definitely the most undervalued). The rich list has been discussed a few times already: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2114249.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2103301.100

One more particular question: Do you think that this question, about privacy, make the spectrecoin not good to invest? I read a lot of good news about it and all my friends believe that the price can grow to 100 dollars in 2018. Whats your opinion?

Its the only real anonymous coin. There are a real good dev team behin this coin, which have big plans with the coin in the future. And the max supply is very low, so it can reach easily over 100$ per coin.

as said here above, it's not anonymous, I can look up the 100 richest addresses in the blockchain, so i'ts about as anonymous as bitcoin behind tor... which is NOT anonymous: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/#!rich... give me an address, and I can look it up... Would you consider your bank account anonymous if I could take your accountnumber and look up on the internet how much money you have and with whom you transacted in the past? I think not... don't believe everything you're told... do your own due diligence

This is difficult... I would never buy something from someone that lies to me: the xspec team says their coin is anonymous, while it's not... but the cryptosphere is one big speculative bubble at this time, so maybe it will go up, who knows... But even then, do you buy something from someone that lies to you, I would never do that... good luck anywayz!

They claim their coin is 100% anonymous but when we check all the factors and features, we sometimes see it's not 100% private. It's still traceable.

Easy to remember tip: if it claims it's private, but has a rich list, it's NOT legit--it's shit.

Hi,
I would like to buy some of those SPECTRECOINS (XSPEC).
I read some news that most online exchanges are currently (Jan 2018) receiving around 100 000+ registrations per day, and thus have suspended the ability for new users to register. I already have verified registrations on some major exchanges, but those don't seem to offer support for XSPEC just yet. Is there a comprehensive list of exchanges that allow buying of XSPEC somewhere? Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere. EDIT:Oh sorry - i just saw it is cryptopia. im stupid

spectr great potential still ahead. A lot of growth waiting. In fact, now only 2 exchanges with small volumes. Once you get to something like the TREX Binance, Kucoin there will be rapid growth up a couple of yards this year well can handle spectr. As soon as the exchange starts to work on the network spectr

The price will go up after acception on bigger exchanges. Cryptopia accept all coins/tokens. A coin/token isn't going up if it's accepted by only Cryptopia.

New wallet 1.3.4. is delayed, should be released yesterday so it is keeping the price down on top of the overall correction.
Would highly recommend, comes Q3 it will be one of the best privacy coins next to Monero.

hm I found two other that accept XSPEC trading, apart from Cryptopia, who now seem to accept new registrations again, after they paused the registration for a few days, due to high demand.
Livecoin XSPEC/BTC 0.00032123 BTC 23073.843 XSPEC Novaexchange XSPEC/BTC 0.00037 BTC 13.514 XSPEC
lets hope now those go to double / tripple digits so my 50 euro becomes 500. cheers

The forum has convinced me that this is the next tokens I need to be getting. Their plan looks nice, I just dont quite see the whole big picture yet cause it seems like these alt coins are part of the etherium flow and is the plan for one of these coins to step out and be like what bitcoin is, (ya know where you dont buy etherium first). Anyways though Ive read enough from the threads here that there is something really good here

Got a fair bit at 0.35$, but now I wish I bought more The price should go up more since there is a bunch of people hyping it already. If more people discuss the technical features of the coin then the price will grow.
