Looking through coinmarketcap I see that some ultra cheap altcoins are priced for fraction of satoshi.
For example Veros https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/veros/ but if I check any exchange the minimum price you can bit is 1 satoshi.
So where are they actually sold for a fraction of Satoshi? Just wonder.

I am not sure how that works because generally every time a coin is under 1 satoshi they are paired with another altcoin that can allow you to purchase it. It can be paired with coins like ETH, DOGE, LTC, or even random alt coins like MOON. I don't get what has happened here though because BTC won't work only the USD one will work properly it seems like.

These are just pump and dump coins, good for making a quick buck. You can buy them on exchanges like Novaexchange which is typically full of sh**coins. Just buy a stack load, then wait a few days and sell them off again!
