I'm looking for software that can:
1. accounting of funds under control
2. the ability to create transactions for the arrival / consumption of crypto currency
3. the possibility to take into account that I can give a person a crypt in debt
4. the possibility to take into account that I can give a person a crypt for the implementation
5. the ability to take into account counterparties (people) with whom I work
6. the ability to account for debts and return dates
7. the ability to view reports
8. The software should work offline (poppy, wines, Linux - not the web)
9. the ability to set the% for which the crypt is given for the implementation
