So basically you're an agency that hires bounty managers for a specific ICO that you guys choose to manage ? How pathetic!!!
Why don't you'll let the trusted members of this forum do it their way instead of letting random newbies who just happened to the forum wanting to manage bounties ? I don't know what your definition of a bounty manager is but they certainly don't 'manage the threads',that is a design specific job.

Bro,that's exactly my point you see ? You are acting as n agent between the bounty manager and the ICO,you will literally get paid for hooking up bounty manager with the ICO,you will also certainly take profits from both the ends .I mean I don't understand how this is not the easiest way of making money ? The only job you're doing is finding the ICO's to work with you just because you have a "big" team.

agreed with your point but the thing is that's how things work I have client & my utmost responsibility is to complete the work which he have provided me

I dont mind helping out if theres work to do but there is already alot of competition no doubt for this type of setup and I wouldnt under estimate how time consuming the whole process is and the risks involved in vetting and handling payments and so on.   Its not something I would take on lightly to be honest
