Should be easy for someone with graphic design skills.

I want a copy of this mock poster (the one on the right) to print and put on my wall, but it's too
low res:

If someone can redo it in a scalable format (SVG as readable by Inkscape ideal) and put it under a CC-BY license, I will pay 1BTC.

Here's the original one: http://cms.met.police.uk/met/content/download/12179/56479/file/Van%20Poster.pdf

Thanks!
Rusty.

It really isn't "possible" to make it an SVG due to complex graphics (van, phone, etc)

Converted the .pdf to a higher dpi png image (text should be much more clear, and perhaps the logos at the bottom, not sure): http://i.solidfiles.net/9127d.png
Tell me if it solved any of your problems.

edit: definitely made the logos at the bottom much more clear

Sure, but I was really after a hi-res of the modified version Smiley  Should work OK as an A4 poster.

Thanks,
Rusty.

Just wanted to say, that's a truly amusing poster you've got there.

You going to make the scalable version available for people to put up in their localities?

I made a hi-res version of the modified poster, but in the process the wording got screwed up.  If your offer for 1 BTC for the poster is still applicable to a hi-res version (instead of a scalable version) and you still need the poster, I can fix up the wording, just didn't want to waste time if you no longer wanted it.

Is it necessary for the objects (the van etc) to also be more hi-res, because that's almost impossible. The text itself is easily fixed since it's already scalable in the pdf. If it's ok with only the text pleas reply with what dimensions you want, the one i linked was ~4000x5000 pixels for reference. Heh, just noticed i scaled the wrong image, nvm. Can make a replica of the edited version and upscale the text too, sec.

EDIT:
RAR archive containing the edited .pdf + and .svg and .png (4000x5000):

Can make a bigger PNG if you can't figure out how to do it yourself if you wish.

Bad connectivity here, I'm travelling, so maybe the transaction didn't go out until the next day?

And there was a typo in the poster, but I fixed it myself.

Thanks again!
