Hashflare: 100 TH/s paid for but not credited

I purchased 100 TH/s from hashflare 9 hours ago.  The payment tx is on the blockchain with 70 confirmations, it is 100% the correct address.  Yet status in hashflare is still pending and no hashing power has been assigned...

Should I be worried yet?   


Oh, and in case someone from hashflare support sees this my order number is #5533634.

They usually respond within 24 hours.

Should you be worried? I don't think so. I have used them long time ago and they were OK regarding support. Profitability, that you need to calculate yourself.

happened to me earlier on too. have you tried their website - looks like there having a bit of trouble but the mining farm is working fine

Nope, still no dice.  No hash power since 14th December and still stuck as pending...
