Transaction Information { Pending Confirmation } for hours..

Hi,

I`ve just sent from my wallet to some Exchange some Ethereum..

Timestamp is more than 2 hours ago but it "refreshes" itself (on Etherscan I follow) and the transfer seems "Pending"..

So, like every newbiew I will ask if it`s normal..

and I assume it`s related with the latest Ethereum prices, and market cap.. I "assume" if more people use Ethereum, the transfers are like this in the end.

Is that so?

What gas-price and limit did you sent with?
As you can see here there are currently over 14000 pending transactions.
One of reasons for this network congestion is because of CryptoKitties, a recently launched game that utilize the ethereum blockchain.
