Hope this will not happen to our country.

" In contrast to many people around the world, who adopt bitcoin to make a quick profit, citizens of Venezuela use the currency as a matter of sheer survival. Venezuelans resort to the cryptocurrency to stay afloat, fighting the rising tides of hyperinflation. Even in the face of fierce government crackdowns, which are only getting worse, its people continue to rely on bitcoin."

As usual, an ordinary person suffers. Perhaps the authorities of Venezuela should try and use Bitcoin. And only then do some conclusions. If this goes on, then people out of desperation are capable of anything

government will always be against decentralization as they lose control over people's asset. but people will always make ways to avoid that sooner or later.

We should give salute to people of Venezuela for using Bitcoin more as the currency rather than store of value. This is in the face of a government which can be worthless in delivering what should be delivered to the people under a very incompetent and battered economy affecting millions of its own citizens. I am sure that sooner or later the people would be demanding a new government so they can have a good start and that Bitcoin can be recognized for its great role in helping the people survive.
