It would be interesting if besides showing random videos, you actually create/organize content in an estructured way as a study plan.
So that people earns badges or recognitions as they move forward with their development plan (something similar as Team Tree House).

as your project is free i think you have to maximize to promotion of your project and get a lot of ads there to get income.
