My partners and I have decided to sell coding agency so we can fund other projects we want to be involved in.
We are selling it as a package, clients, servers, domain, payment systems, everything.
The overhead cost a month is about $140. payments are spaced out between the 4th and 10th of every month. After sale we will assist in transferring everything over to your servers. *we will help find a purchase servers for what you need*
With our current servers we are about 10% of their capacity without being oversold.
We have a auto confirm bitcoin payment system setup with coinbase to allow customers to pay with bitcoins.
The only thing we left to do with this business is to market it. It has a lot of potential
If you have no experience in setting up slave servers (extra servers that auto add clients on orders) we can provide the service to setup new servers anytime for a 1btc fee per server. Also a 0.10btc an hour rate on emergency problems.
This is a fully functioning business with active clients.
Every new bid within the last hour extends the auction by 1 hour.

i forgot to mention we use whmcs for the billing panels, the site has a custom skin that is customizable. Our hosting panels are plesk for webhosting and openvz for vps.

the annual ones are domains from the domain buying system we have. 1 vps is monthly. rest are quarterly. The hardest part about starting a webhost is marketing it :/ also the overhead cost can be greatly decreased. We just choose very powerful servers for our services

7 is better than none. The cost to pay someone to even setup something like this, have all the systems their cost more than $200/ 2 btc. This is a starting company so as it stands it is perfect for policies to be changed and how things run. The only thing left to do with this company is to market it as it stands. All of the systems are fully functioning with tons of extra's and premium features that would cost a lot to add to an existing hosting service |

for the vps panel we use virtualizor. http://www.virtualizor.com/its a all automatic panel to handle all vps related stuff. it has full automation for the client and extensive features for the admin panel |

I would be interested in hearing about your other projects and partnering with this one if all you require is marketing (have access to oversize printer) and some extra hands. We have a number of projects on the go at the moment and are in need of extra hands (programming and webdev) if you're interested.

How many are VPs, and what "spec" (ram, disk, transfer) have you promised the users
How many are shared-hosting and what "spec" packages
What countries are the clients from ?
How many IP addresses in use ?
Anything else provided to the clients (doamins, ssl, management etc) ?
Where is the server, what is the spec, when is it next due ?
What payment methods do the clients currently use ?
