Not sure, those large txs to MPex are not uncommon if you take a look over their last months of deposits on the same page.

We are watching for large volumes of txs, preferably in large chunks. They announced the 150k BTC buy out to be deliverd in 20 increments with several hours delay. Starting any time from -53 minutes to 7 mintes from now. No exceptional price action yet, except that almost all trading on Gox grinded to a halt.
