As an open-source Blockchain application tool, ACChain provides "one-stop shopping" within the asset digitization universe: from real assets to digital currency and vice versa; from digital currency to digital currency; and even from digital currency to fiat.

The IMF vision -- an SDR Standard

In 2011, the IMF brought up the necessity of a conceptual revolution for international currencies due to the challenges that the global currency system had been facing since 2008. It suggested that part of the solution was to create a new class of reserve asset, the tradable "SDR." Ultimately,  all assets of all kinds could be valued in terms of SDRs. The IMF suggested taking the world from a dollar-centric monetary system to a SDR-centric monetary standard.

What is A-SDR?

It is our intention to create a decentralized and trustful, safer and more stable, digital currency system to support free issuance, circulation and settlement of global assets as a supplement to, and support for, the world of fiat.
That is the fundamental reason why the "ACCoin" and the "ACChain Special Drawing Rights" (namely: A-SDR) were created.

A-SDR is the abbreviation for "ACChain Special Drawing Rights." It is designed to facilitate a Remittance and Settlement system for global digital currencies. The A-SDR digital currency basket consists of three mainstream layer coins: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Asset Standard Token (ACC). ACC will become the standard token of circulation and settlement for global digital currencies via the A-SDR digital currency basket. Through the global digital currency Eco-System constructed by ACChain -- combining Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Asset Standard Token (ACC) -- we will achieve full spectrum coverage for all global digital currency transactions.

How Does It Work?

By "anchoring" BTC and ETH(digital gold reserve), ACC creates a brand-new Remittance and Settlement system for global digital currencies.

1.   Settlement of A-SDR and Super nodes.
Based on the A-SDR basket entry-token, the inter-relationships of the exchange rates, and remittance/settlement via the super node tokens, specific industry tokens can be built.
2.   Settlement of A-SDR and fiats.
This function is based on the A-SDR basket entry-token defining an exchange rate for fiat tokens issued by the digital currency banks (who have the right to issue fiat tokens for settlement). The Remittance and Settlement systems built by the A-SDR basket entry-token interacting with fiat tokens constructs the "bridge" between digital finance and traditional finance.

A-SDR and ACChain3+2 Ecosystem

ACChain is an open-source Blockchain application tool, managed by the decentralized global management institution known as “International Digital Asset Exchange  Council,” short for “IDAXC”.

Background to ACChain

ACCoin is the root exchange token launched by ACChain. ACChain was originally launched on May, 2017. It has already established 7 super nodes .
These super nodes are responsible for recording ACChain transaction data and coordinating the processes of Issuance, Circulation and Settlement of digital currency.
The two application functions, Redemption and Exchange, are additionally formed via the ACChain. With the ongoing completion of the ACChain "3+2" enterprise Eco-System, the super node  and application based on the core ACChain will become more robust.
The ACChain "3+2" enterprise Eco-System is based on the ACChain root or core chain, which includes all critical digital currency functions such as Issuance, Circulation and Settlement of digital currencies as well the two additional service aspects -- the ACChain Community and the ACChain Developer Platform.

Settlement

On December 5, 2017, ACChain initiated and established the A-SDR Foundation to construct a settlement system for global digital currencies, which includes cross-border transactions; settlement; settlement between digital currencies and fiats; and so on.

Community and Developer Platform

ACChain is an open-source application tool based on decentralized community member autonomous participation and co-construction. Via Community, users can communicate by sharing information, advice, tips and concerns; via the Application platform (developers), work approved by the community can generate rewards.
The above two functions will be upscaled gradually in 2018.

Cryptocurrencies are being called the future currency by some people or just an intermediary currency by others within the crypto community itself. There is no consensus right now on what the future role of cryptocurrencies will be in the world, but they are going to be huge, that’s for sure.

Some original proponents of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are of the opinion that the crypto world will open up the world markets and remove unnecessary barriers in trading, commerce and thus change world economics forever.
