The ACC is created through a mining mechanism to create a coin pool. ACC must be released through A-SDR digital currency basket anchoring BTC and ETC. The remaining ACCs that have not been released / sold will be locked back to the coin pool. The release of ACC was initiated and licensed by members of ACChain's open autonomous organization. Second, the exchange rate between ACC and Bitcoin remains unchanged until the closing period, but after that period, the price of ACC will be determined by the market.
