Wow is this legitimate. 

If you look at the Coinbase website they actually hiring for over a 100 positions. I suppose onboarding so many people at once will lead to cultural and fit issues

POW = Proof of work = BTC, LITECOIN, etc = confirm transacitons while mining and regard with tokens
POS = Proof of stake = Neo, ETH (in 2018), etc = confirm transactions by other token holders and give Gas, ETH or whatever.
