The owner of the largest public torrent site called kickass got tracked because he used a coinbase address to accept donations so don't ever use any decentralized wallet or exchange where you have submitted lot's of your personal documents.

Second, Use TOR (You can find lots of tutorials over the net) or a logless vpn (Your vpn provider should be trusted)

Third, I recommend using a P2P trading platform prefferably like this forum with the use of an escrow. Here's the Currency Exchange board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Lastly, Once the buyer received the coins, ask him to use a coin mixing service to conceal its trails. I suggest using https://chipmixer.com where you get to pay want you want.

Selling large stash of btc in a country where bitcoin is prohibited would really be simple at all and some points are already being mentioned above which is one of the most precise way too but my part never ever tend to use up exchange wallet which would have potentially expose off your IP address and as being said using TOR is one of the most important on making such log-in and transactions and then sell it on other bitcoin users converted to fiat.

There is no way that you can sell it to your bank account there are almost 100% chances that you would get tracked. Try to sell it using cash with person of any other country. Or if not in cash try that he sends such sum of money using his personal bank account and you transfer him BTC strictly using a private key wallet only not any exchange where you give out your name.

yes bitcoin is full hidden but need to use

1) TOR + Strong vpn to avoid track you IP

2) Be away from any exchange site because they ask ID

3) remove cooks all time or use PC for that thing only

Only way out I find is to sell BTC for Cash to a person who lives abroad country where BTC is legal or find someone who is interested in keeping BTC and pay your balance in cash. There is no way of selling BTC through an exchange from where you can get fiat money into your bank account.

It depends what fiat-interfacing services are available to you. If Paypal, Payza, Neteller, Skrill and things like that are available, then you might be able to cash out bitcoins right here on the forum on the Currency exchange board.

There are other P2P options like LocalBitcoins.com, but since that has region-based listings, it's probably more of a target for police/regulators if there is actually any enforcement of the law. The Currency exchange board and other similar P2P options are probably best for this, since this forum is global and we have a built-in reputation/default trust system that isn't ideal but does help root out scammers.

You can earn bitcoins on the Internet outside the jurisdiction of your country. Do not forget to use a VPN and TOR. A complete ban on the use of bitcoins exists in authoritarian countries. Of these countries, a lot of people leaving. You can always find a friend abroad to send you the swift money transfers in exchange for your bitcoins.

If bitcoin transactions do not go through the bank, then how can the government detect them? Unless it is in the country, all the sites concerned with bitcoin is closed, then we will not be able to transfer it. But if in a country that think bitcoin is illegal, but the site can still be accessed, I think it is still able to make delivery.

Its not possible even on a certain country decided to block all the Bitcoin-related sites by countries IP provider then I would say it would be still a senseless thing to do since anyone can make use of VPN services or even ToR would already solve the problem on accessing sites which are prohibited by the government which you can actually make such transactions.

this is great advice not just for the OP but for everyone.
as countries start waking up to decentralised crypto they will be looking to get their share of tax so this is good advice.

Thanks a lot for that advice. If you don't have a VPN, I can recommend Astrill - great speed and security (not associated with them, just personal experience).

Depends on your purpose, do you want to sell bitcoin to fiat currency or another way such as PayPal, Skrill, etc?
You can sell bitcoin in this forum, try on local boards and ask for someone who may want to buy it. May I ask, where do you come from?
Another way through PayPal as there are a lot of people here willing to buy bitcoin with Paypal., then you can withdraw it to your bank account.
Just make sure to deal with every transaction using escrow service to avoid scammers.

Nice ideas which I think can really be working though one has to be very careful in dealing with Bitcoin under this kind of environment. It is sad that there are countries which do not have an open mind when it comes to cryptocurrency. We are just hoping that soon the government will realize of the immense potential that Bitcoin has to help one's economy just like what Japan is experiencing right now when they recognized and embraced Bitcoin under a strict regulatory framework. As the popular saying goes: If there is a will, there is always a way!

You need to find a trusted person that want to accept BTC even if bitcoin is banned in their country.

They can still convert it to fiat currency or other method such as Currency exchange in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
