Please Krudkeeper stop spamming here. You post a new "businessplan" every day. You are 13 and you have no personal funds.
You are requesting loans everyday for something else.
If someone is seriously thinkin about investing in this please take a look at krudkeepers other threads:

What country are you based in? (Is what you are doing legal?)
How can we trust you?
What are you doing to be listed on an exchange or are you just hoping writing them down in your OP will make something happen?
Why haven't you even bought the domain name yet?

Also going from asking for $50 ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=258796.msg2760726#msg2760726 ) to asking for $90,000 is a big leap. All in all you seem to being completely out of your depth here.

edit: Okay this is clearly never going to happen but this thread made me read though his post history and so far I have actually laughed out loud a few times so he gets some bonus points for that I guess.

So then you could provide evidence that you have BTC1,000 capital ready to go on this project.

I just found another thread where you say that you are 13:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=257747.0

Do you realise that because you are under 18 you can't enter into binding contracts with anyone unless your parents take complete responsibility and that usually includes everything from loans to mobile phone contracts. Therefore anyone who loans to you or 'invests' in anything you create will have ZERO legal recourse (they can't sue you), no adult is going to do this because they know that you have no legal liability. For this reason alone minors attempting to raise funds through loans or 'investments' should have trade warning tags.

Be glad you're 13 otherwise you'd be looking at a lot of fun time in jail for building an online casino as an American.

Disclaimer: Fun Time may not be fun at all. It may also involve hurty things and bleeding.

erik voorhees is in us

He tried playing the "We're not gambling with money, we're gambling with tokens" card. That obviously doesn't work anymore, now that the US government is cracking down on unregistered BTC "businesses". Which is exactly why Erik panicly sold his "business" to his long lost invisible twin brother Eri Kvoorhees. Nice gamble, but I don't think it'll protect him from being thrown into Buttfuck Hotel. If I were him, I'd be on a plane to Idontcare, Justnotinthestates right this minute.

I'm not judging you by your age, it goes beyond whether people think you are fit to run a business or not just cause you're under 18. I am saying that in the USA and many other countries, the law says that anyone under 18 cannot sign a contract. That includes every single 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' boxes that you have ever ticked, no one can sue you because you are a minor.

If you loan $1,000,000 from someone and you don't pay them back, that person can't sue you or your parents. You could boast to the police how you conned someone into giving you a $1,000,000 and they couldn't touch you. That is why no adult will make a contract with someone under 18, which would also include using your proposed exchange.

If you can't afford a $7 domain name for your casino, you should consider getting a paper route. Maybe you'll find someone dumb enough to pay you directly in bit coins to throw at whatever idea you've had over breakfast today.

the biggest mistake was fireduck who sold bc casino or something to erik voorhees. i actually emailed him a bit ago and asked him what he felt about selling lol

To answer your questions. Yes i am 13 but i dont think its very fair to judge everyone based on their age. Ive set up my own mail server, ive built lots of ardurino / raspberry pi toys, im interested in investments and securities and i want real world experience in getting funding and building something
i want real world experience in getting funding and building something
i want real world experience in getting funding

How about you start with building something first. It's not because you know how to play minecraft that people will donate BTC worth for 1000s of dollars to you.
Ask your parents for funding, they are responsible for everything you do until you're 18.

Krudkeeper, you don't seem to understand how businesses and stocks work.

It's not about whether or not you're capable enough to create the website/project. It's not even about your age that much (though it can cause legal issues and is a valid reason for doubt from investors).

You're asking for $100,000 in IPO money, for half the shares while you keep the other half. That's basically saying that what you bring in (expertise, work-hours, equipment, etc...) is worth $100,000. That's 2 or 3 decent annual wages. And for what? An idea, that's all. And not even an original idea, since gambling websites for BTC are everywhere.

Companies don't get IPO money for simple promises and ideas. They get it because there's something solid backing it. Either the idea is truely unique and potentially revolutionary or the company has existing assets already.

So in your case: Start working on your project. You don't need a domain name or a fancy server to develop your website. Just setup a simple LAMPP box at home and work with that. Once it's ready, you can get a hosting package, which really isn't all that expensive (get a summer job to fund it). Only when you have something up and running is it realistic to ask people to invest. Because then they can actually judge your skill as a developer / businessman.

the time i spend on this project.

trust can be only built over time. how can you get trust in the first place?

What are you doing to be listed on an exchange or are you just hoping writing them down in your OP will make something happen?
i will spend 5 btc from ipo on applying to btct.co. and transfer all shares there

Why haven't you even bought the domain name yet?
dont have money. I want to fund this using business capital not my own

So if u dont want to invest in my businesses and projects thats ok. But im serious and have big plans. i will be launching my own bitcoin exchange soon

THIS WAS NOT ME. SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT. I AM ACTUALLY 33 YEARS OLD AND ONLY RUN ONE WEBSITE CALLED RAININGBITCOIN.COM. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS ***HOLE MAY HAVE CAUSED YOU ALL. I APOLOGIZE FOR HIS STUPID REMARKS. Angry
