I would use escrow for such a large purchase. Unless you sell to someone with a lot of reputation. Should of had this a couple days ago, could've done this deal for ya

I don't think John K does escrow for MP.  Could be different now.  I'll give you 10 btc for it.  If no John K. you send first with receipt.
