Meetup and do what exactly? BD gov. has outright banned Bitcoins and Altcoins in the country. Any meetup would be for shits & giggles and nothing fruitful would come off it in the long run. Unless they decide to legalize Cryptos there.

However, I do suggest you guys move your meetup to Kolkata or Agartala. At least you won't run the risk of being apprehended by BD officials.
