Balance Margin on Poloniex [help]

@Poloniex ticket #588158 Urgent, please. My balance disappeared after opening a long on margin. #btc #xrp  Huh

Today at dawn, operating normally, I opened a long on the poloniex. However the option to close the transaction did not appear, the order was executed because it is there in the purchase history, and now I am afraid to take margin call for no reason at all. Please, has anyone ever been through this? How do I get Poloniex's attention.
