Stuck transaction

Hello this transaction is stuck since days:

i even tried confirm.tx to accelerate but it didn't worked, after how much time it will get confirmed?

Yes, i confirmed them using viaBTC accelerator, accelerating the 2nd transaction that got a fee of 22 sat / byte (the first one got 8 and i was unable to accelerate).

Once i accelerated on viabtc got confirmed after 1 hour and half.

It means exactly what it says. Viabtc have a limit of 100 transactions per hour. Your not the only one trying to accelerate their transactions. Why do people send transactions with very low fees then complain about it not being confirmed? If you can resend it with higher fee then do it, if not, then just wait.
