So i would like to mine ethereum with 2 rx 560's. I already have 1 rx 560 ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H77-V LE motherboard and antec 500 power supply. So can i ethereum  mine with 2 of these cards or do i need to change some hardware

I suggest you to mine other ethash algos or cryptonote coins with thta card and please specify the amount of vram if you are new to mining check whattomine and see what's the best coin is for you that is profitable if you want ethereum you can always exchange things you mine to it so you always don't have to mine it directly.
