Cost of busness, various exchanges

Looking for exchange to trade with and its not immediately clear has to the costs, so thought a thread detailing different exchanges cost
Here I have found the costs for

Bitstamp withdraw money to debit card  2%, min cost of $10
Bitstamp trading 0.25%= $10 on a $4000 trade( can be slightly cheaper for larger amounts)

Could people add other exchanges they use so comparision is easily available?
I know there are more ways to withdraw than by debit card, but if we keep to the debit card, it will give an idea, because bringing other ways into scenario is very bamboozling for a newbie, like me.

Discussing the fees and posting them will help you today for sure but the exchanges might change this by tomorrow as they see fit.
What's the point on writing them down?

You should bookmark the fee pages and check them before you deposit.
Also coinbase as many other have different fees depending on your location (which you didn't mention).

Also , what is LBC? Localbitcoins? Localbitcoins is free of charge for sellers.
