Greetings!

I had small unconfirmed balance at my MultibitHD 0.5.1 keepkey wallet. Now it's a reasonable sum, so want to investigate.

http://c2n.me/3Qa2DWC

How can i find which transaction it belongs to?

All the past transactions shown as "unknown transaction status"
Tried to completely remove a wallet and restore from words - doesn't help.

Will give 100$ reward in BTC if someone guide me to a solution.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Just tried to use it with electrum 3.0.3 wallet (restored from the device, keepkey).

Balance shows 22 mbtc http://clip2net.com/s/3QnJXBF
But can't send - after i sign a transaction by keepkey, just nothing happens and it returns me back to signing screen. Tried to do it like 10 times.

how did you restore from keepkey to electrum? by recovery phrase?
if it's imported to electrum successfuly, you should be able to sign and send just fine.
by any chance you can get privkey of that address 133CHgZmVSPRrJf77qYogkxKgNaFReAFpJ from electrum?
I can help you create tx with some tool and you just need to sign it with your privkey

Try and download Electrum 2.9.3 and use that with the KeepKey... I vaguely remember seeing that some of the hardware wallets were having issues with Electrum v3... Not sure if this has been fixed yet.

2.9.3 can be downloaded from the Electrum Archives here: https://download.electrum.org/2.9.3/
