REDDIT bought account and then can´t sign in

Hello, I have bought 2 accounts from diffrent seller, I changed passwords, email address, verified email address and log out from all devices and on the next day I had problem with login and also email with a password reset didn´t come . Do you think that reddit is blocking accounts (with changed IP)? I have written on support, but they didn´t reply to me.
Do you know why I have this problem? I would like to have reddit account and don´t know if I should buy new one...
