How to run the bitcoin demon for a dice site?

Hello, forum!  I'm a newbie. 

I've been reading around for a while and it seems that there are a lot of dice sites.  I was wondering how I can run the bitcoin demon software so that I can accept bets and give people specific addresses.

If anybody can help, that would be great!

I wonder... how would a bitcoin demon look like an what would he do? Reverse transactions and in somewhat misterious and unknown way make bitcoin centralized?
