I don't think coinbase is the cause because it also happened to me, so i think its all because of the bitcoin high price.

It all depends on how many inputs that bitcoin has. If you accumulated it bit by bit, then you have a problems.. Transaction fees are too high in bitcoin. Something needs to get done.
