To be honest, i think OP hasn't even started any project, nor has knowledge or skills to do so. He probably only has the idea and nothing more.

The thing is, we are good at product(we had online casino in one of local markets with 1.5M monthly visits), but this is our first attempt to go global and we are looking for online marketers / growth hackers to accelerate growth.
