What legitimate exchanges that service NY offer margin trading?

So, I’m looking to bet a few bucks (and probably lose a few bucks) in margin trading. Since I come from the state of New York there are many exchanges that won’t service me like Poloniex (NY requires a Bit License for companies that deal with Bitcoin). So what (if any) exchanges offer margin trading who also allow NY resident to register? I'd prefer to not have to prove my identity, but I can’t really be picky at the moment.
