Ethereum To Be $5000-$10000 in 2018?

Ethereum has been trying to reach $700 - $800 value in these times, and it is still hard to manage that for it now. I think it is a great altcoin, but I don't think it can reach a price which is more than $2000 in 2018.

Predicting the price on the crypto-currency market is a senseless occupation, as the crypto-currency market is not predictable and constantly shows us something new. I think the minimum price for 1 ETH should be - 2000 dollars.

Ethereum has no chance to achieve this huge price, the maximum for this moment is 1500 dollars. This coin can not achieve that growth in six months. Price for this moment is low and do not growing a lot so it is impossible in my opinion

Of course, this is not possible. Not only this year, but probably also next year. This is definitely too high price. It should be remembered that ATH was around 1,400$, so up to 5,000$ even after returning around maximum price is still a very long way.

In my opinion the only good possibility which can be achieved until end of this year will be 1000 dollars, but everything can happen. In last year in one month, Bitcoin has grown from 10,000 to 20,000. Anyway ethereum will growth for sure and i trust price will be satisfacting

The variation of ethereum to reach a total of 5000 USD is to say that at the end of the years ethereum will be worth as much as bitcoin is now and for that to happen ethereum must be adopted by the masses of the globe , this may be possible within the next decade but not at the ending the year

This is unrealistic. In fact, the resistance of Ethereum is very large this year. There are a lot of unscrupulous casinos that cause serious congestion in Ethereum, so I am not very optimistic about Ethereum in the future.

You can really tell that this thread started at the back end of 2017. Back then, $5k for ETH in a year's time seemed quite possible. But after a difficult year so far for all of crypto, personally I'd be happy to see ETH at $1k by year end. I don't think we'll see anything quite like that Dec2017-Jan2018 rise anytime soon.

I think this price can be achieved in the next few years and people should keep ETH longer. I believe that this market is getting worse and most investors are showing signs of depression in the recent time but surely this market will rise again in the future and everyone should have great faith in this period

So I made a prediction on Litecoin a few days ago that sparked a lot of conversation on the thread. It was very interesting reading the different thought processes and predictions. So I decided to do the same for Ethereum, however, I think that Ethereum has a chance to go beyond the 2-5k threshold in 2018, if only they would market a bit better. I believe that they need to get these new "coinbase noobies" to understand what Ethereum is and why it's significant if they want to stand a chance of getting above that threshold in 2018.

Well, this prediction of yours about Ethereum is very impossible to happen now because we have 4 and a half months left before this year would end. If just Ethereum price was not affected by this bearish market which is still in effect then for sure that at least $5,000 mark might happen but sad to say that even $1,000 mark will be more difficult because of the limited time.

At current market situation, I think it will be within ETH will be traded within 800 - 2K in 2018.
It's just my opinion though. In case it goes beyond that, well it will be better for every ETH holders.
