the ftw model has that async fan control which is annoying if you use afterburner as it'll only control 1 fan. Precision x only supports 4 cards so if you have a rig with more than that you can't use their software to solve that problem. I avoid ftw and sc2 cards for mining and only buy sc cards from evga.

Currently got four SC acx3 versions running with no problems. Got a fifth card waiting to get running but waiting on cables.
