sunday 17 december 2017 18:42 UTC but be quick; it will spike at  18:45

lol but for real; nobody knows, on reddit the general view was that it would go down till 250 (some predicted 220) and that's what happened yesterday; went till 250 and then went to 280 again within an hour since then its been at 300-320 and it looks that 300 will be a nice buttom limit for now.. so if it was me; anything below 300 dollar seems good, i myself bought some at 270 dollar. i think it will stay a while at the 300 untill it gets nice and stable before it will start raising again. But don't take my word for it lol, in the end i don't think it will matter too much since i expect it to go to 500 dollar soon anyway

Don't buy at the ATH (all time high), but rather when there is any kind of dip, and you have researched the coin and are confident in its tech that it will go up again.

If you know technical analysis in forex trading you can use the same method and watch the support and resistance level to enter your trade.

traders do anylysis to identify support trend levels levels these are still not secure, but a good orientation

do you want to have a practical example of one i did today?

i did one successful on bitcoin gold today, and it work great,

of course not as good as the one i did 3 weeks ago on waves that later trippled in value....

regards

You should learn some technical analysis, when is a coin overbought or oversold. Youtube has a lot of tutorials. Also, it’s been proven that dollar cost averaging is a much better practice in the long run than trying to time the market.

Look at the charts, man... look back to 24 hours, 1 day, and probably 1 month - then you decide for yourself if the price is high or low.
On youtube, you may want to watch videos about trading analysis, EMAs, Candlesticks, etcetera... Sign up with twitter and follow Charlie Lee. I guess he is the best source of LTC news.

Why do you choose litecoin, there are still many other altcoin Huh
We can use some web trading to get profit, which essentially buys at the lowest price and sells at the highest possible price.

You can buy it in small increments at regular intervals over a period of time to avoid buying a top. A variation of the tried and tested dollar cost averaging technique used for investing in the stockmarket.

you can take a look at the history of the litecoin trade. if you need more info you can visit coinmarketcap and then select litecoin. when the price reaches a low price and how much the price. you need to determine how the trend now, is it going down or up because if you want to buy litecoin, make sure the trend is down and the price is at the bottom price so you can buy a lot of litecoin. there are too many indicators that you need to know and if you can master 1 or 2 indicators then I think it is enough for you to make analyze.

you can't exactly know the top and dip so either you trust your instinct and experience or gamble. since you are new you gamble now. technical analysis is not working in this business. news and everything can be manipulated. you need to be patient to make profit. people bought expensive litecoin in the past, but now we are ath levels. so everybody can win if they wait enough time.

This is speculative market, like Stocks. You cant know it easily, but can find more information about Cryptocurrencies and analyze by your own. Usually when the Market all dropped.

this is good , check everything and if you are now can afford that and you really wanted to buy that coin and you have some list for where you are able to buy the price that you wanted for based on your analysis is better also and check , study the chart for.

The problem is that no one can answer it, but when people are feeling down, it's a good time to buy.

I use 3 tools to help me decide if its time to Buy or its a time to Sell. In Bittrex they have different tools there and my most used are RSI (Relative Strength Index), Parabolic SAR and Bollinger Bands. First one will tell you if its overbought or is oversold, if its oversold, most likely there will be a change of trend and it will go up, but its not a signal for you to start buying you still need to dyor. Now with Parabolic SAR, it will tell you if its time to Buy or Sold but it depends on your settings, still it needs further research.

look at the charts in the last 1 month, check the information from the developer, whether there is a recent update or not. do other research. buy low, sell high.
