Bitmarket.eu refunds - how long to wait?

So I entered my bank account details so they could send me a refund but I've had - and heard - absolutely nothing.

Are they actually sending out refunds or was that just a ploy to take the heat off? Or do they only send out refunds to people who bug them?

He used to update the current status of the payouts on the website but https://bitmarket.eu/ seems to be down due to unpaid bills.
