There are many, ie  HitBTC, Coinexchange, EtherDelta. But you need to determine which one is most suitable to your needs.

The etherdelta platform supports most of the erc20 tokens, with erc20 tokens on all exchanges, except for their type.

Please list exchanges and trading platforms which ETH Wallets properly support ERC-20.
For example Blockchain doesn't.
No sure about Coinbase.

Etherdelta,mercatox,yobit,coinexchange etc
but Etherdelta is exchanger support all token based ERC20.
you can trade token erc20 in etherdelta without listing,with use smart contract.

etherdelta, coss, binance, hitbtc are the ones that i know work well and are compatible with ERC-20

And what about such old wallets like Blockchain. Do they plan to upgrade to ERC-20 someday, or it's hard from technical point of view?
