Yes, it is the product shipping status blog from Butterfly Labs. What part do you have questions about?

It means you will receive your pre-ordered single or little-single unit from october->present at a time when the difficulty will be so high you won't be able to profit from it at all.

It means if you ordered a miner from BFL after September of last year, you're screwed.

I think it's trying to clear up the confusion about what they are actually selling (e.g. there are 4 "flavors" of jalapeno, there are 2 types of minirigs, etc.) and what are being shipped in what order

it is kind of sad though that the rest of the early jal's are going to be 4.5 gh/s. Up until now it seems most of the Jalapenos that have shipped were 5 gh/s and 7 gh/s upgrades, at least thats whats been all over e-bay. So it looks possibly like there might be a bunch of slightly inferior chips that need to be gotten rid of. That would also explain why some of the bigger units have not shipped. They may not have room in them for an under performing chip.
But I could be wrong...

At least they are now shipping their lower powered ones, hope that their more powerful guys can be out in time to make an impact and be profitable to their customers.

I agree as I and many others others are waiting on much larger units.
