In my opinion, the person who will win back the loss exactly the next to the day on which he lost some amount will be the day having more importance to his own birthday because the feeling which he would get will be definitely more exciting than the feelings of his birthday day.

It is like you were going to market to buy some food and at shop you came to know that you have lost money and found it back in the way to home. I think such person would be feeling more blessed than any other person on this planet.

You can make your own announcement thread about your gambling site on gambling section here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0 and for promotion, giveaway, contest or something like that you can post it on games and round section here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0.

I don’t know much more about where to advertise gambling site but as far as my knowledge is concerned, you should got to some social websites where more than hundred people are logged in so that more people become aware about your gambling site. And if you want your website to spread like a fire in a few days, you should better consult with famous gambling sites and make a contract.

I won't suggest you to post on just random social media groups because you won't catch the right population that you want to catch( at this case, the right population would be gamblers that are into bitcoins, or bitcoiners that are interested in gambling), and you will also be considered as spam.

If you are interested to advertise through social media platforms I would recommend you to find a well known group at the cryptocurrency section with a large amount of followers, and just pay them to post your advertisement.
You can get a much more effective advertisement if you will pay few pennies.

Yes, signature campaign are an amazing way but I feel like for new websites and rather not so big gambling portals they would seek something that is cheap and more effective. Signature campaigns are no doubt the best and biggest advertising means in bitcointalk but I feel like advertising on other sites and giving some more bonus/offers attracts more users and the cost is less too.

A lot gamblers use this place as their source of information regarding cryptos and casinos.

I think I need to know about the gambling site you want to create. Do you want to create a gambling site for Bitcoin or gambling site? I would say the normal methods would work, like running a signature campaign in this forum. I see a lot of twitter and facebook campaigns going on recently, so that might be an option as well. Having a thread in the gambling section of this forum is of course mandatory in my opinion, not just for promotion but for customer support as well.

All these things are quite normal, and quite essential for advertisement, but I would also recommend a competition. It's always hard to create competitions for these type of games, usually players that wager more money win, but if you could create some sort of give away in the games and rounds section of this forum. Maybe players with most wins would get an extra prize, and you could also have a bad beat jackpot, where players that lose more get that jackpot or a part of it.
