Yo I'm in need of $2 real quick. I'll pay you back in a week once I get paid (should be less than a week but just giving a decent range of time.)

I can easily cover this myself but the stupid website I want to buy from only accepts BTC and it's a huge hassle buying $2 worth of bitcoin (I don't want to end up paying $20 AUD to get something worth $2.)

In return for the btc I can return $2.50-3.00 worth within the time range specified.

Cheers!

Need a $14 loan, I can return $18 within two weeks. Would buy it my self but like before, too much of a hassle to change AUD into BTC.

Cheers

A couple of things though

  • Whats the collateral?
  • Who pays the fees? Sending 2$ would cost atleast like 10$ in fees

Also not to mention where will you get the BTC to return it? Since you'll still have to buy BTC

This is laughable, however, I think you'll still get smacked with $20 in fees after trying to do it this way.

You'll make more selling a pint of blood for $5...you'll get whatever it is you need to buy...have $3 extra....and you could save a life.  Cheesy

You dont get it do you? You need collateral. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and either provide valid collateral or lock this thread. On top of that, the fees cost more than the loan.

I get it but a non-collateral loan isn't unheard of so it's worth a shot trying here. I don't know much about the fee situation as I haven't done any Bitcoin transactions within a couple of months. Only reason I needed the loan was because of how much of an effort is required to change a couple of dollars into bitcoin.

Shame how the higher the price goes the lower the usability becomes. Anyway I won't lose sleep if I don't get this loan, it's just something I put up at the time,

If you don't longer need it,then lock your thread. You will see the "lock" tab in the downleft corner. Bye!
