Due to the lower prices on BTCT, I would be willing to lower the price per share to 4.6.

Hi, my bids are as follows, please let me know which one do you accept if any:

1) I bid 3 @ 4.6 if following conditions are met
- JohnK escrow
- the transfer is made within 7 days max
- this week dividend is redirected in case the transfer is effective after its payment

2) same conditions as 1) but I would take 5 shares in case you are willing to go for 4.5 BTC per share

Deal #1 sounds good. I would be ok with using JohnK as escrow, but you would have to set it up and pay the fees.
