[HELP] Lost 7 btc to Blockcypher bug they ignore me. I ask a refund. Please help

I was using blockcypher api for multiple things, it was working ok until one day. for 1 hour their api was bugged and flagged as safe all transactions, even doublespends. my code was configured to wait 1 confirmation except for small purchases, was used in services like shapeshift and digital items shops.

it was not possible to steal without bugs in blockcypher code. everything was tested and except this bug was fine.

during that 1 hour an attacker stole from my services 7 btc worth of items. as soon as i noticed that the bugs were gone, fixed. blockcypher returned perfectly fine after my first complain to them. .

those btc transactions are no more in the bitcoin network the only proof i have are emails between me / blockcypher support and tokens uses for their api service.

i demand a refund from blockcypher because this was possible only because of their bugs. i suspect one of their people carried out this, as there are too many perfect timings.

blockcypher bug appears, attacker steals from me using that bug, blockchyper bug is gone 1 hour later, they deny everything.

during normal operations this would have been the outcome: attacker tries doublespend, blockcypher api warns of that, service doesnt accept payment

it looks like the attacker used his internal knowledge to find out which services were using my tokens, reverse engieneered the rate limits needed to go undetected and carried out the attack. as soon as they saw my support email the attack stopped and the bug was gone, blockcypher worked again.

I was stupid to trust them yes, please dont make me feel even worse for this, damage is done. I ended up in this situation cause i choosed to burn my savings to keep paying those 30 workers during xmas, and the stolen digital items, i never gambled. i didnt want to ruin 30 lifes this was the less damaging way.

blockcypher caused 7 btc of losses, they ignore my support and refund requests and by the timings of the attack it looks like one of their workers carried it out.

why im posting this: i have about 30 people working for me, didnt wanted to ruin their xmas so i kept this loss hidden and burned through all my personal money to pay them and keep thing alive until 2018. i took a loan from very bad people and have no way to pay it back, they made it clear i will get killed on 1st jan 2018 if i dont pay them back almost 180k $.

im extremely scared of what they would do to me and cant expose this issue to wife or other workers as it would ruin xmas for 30 families, wifes kids and parents. I cant do this to them. Even if i go to the police tomorrow this mess wont be fixed and ill still get killed, no lawsuit is that fast and im sure it would take ages for something like this go resolve, i cant even pay for that. fixing this the right way is refunding me, i wont press charges of course.

What can i do to save my life and get 7 btc back? Please Community help. Im not asking money from you I just want this to be fixed and Blockcypher to refund me. Of course if a miracle happens and someone else helps ok but Blockchyper must pay back, is the right thing. Dont hate on me please im in a very bad situation try to imagine being in my shoes right now.

i dont want to get kidnapped and killed by criminals who i own money so id just hang myself before 01/01/2018 but im hoping with all myself to fix this somehow.

im sorry if the post is full of typo but im very shaken and just wanted to expose this.
i know taking loans was the worst idea ever you are all right, im an idiot.
this was done to keep this 7 btc loss hidden and let all my coworkers have a nice xmas yes.
i couldnt bring myself to ruin 30 families xmas with this news i was thinking by now to have the 7 btc back.
. i burned all my savings too and now im fucked for good.
i had to replay all digital items and crypto stolen using doublespends, for a total of 7 btc.
on top of that i had to fake being able to pay paychecks so i took that loans.

all this caused by blockcypher bugs. my life was perfect before this.
i never did anything myself to lose this 7 btc, to be clear.

i just want my 7 btc back from them, is the right thing.

my life is not worth 7 btc i know that.

I contacted blockypher from day 1, they ignored me. one of their workers contacted me
on reddit DEMANDING 0.5 BTC UPFRONT, to 'get my fucking btc back' as he said.
this sounds even worse if that guy truly works from them.
i can show all emails between me/blockcypher about this issue.

the moderators on reddit /r/btc and /r/bitcoin BANNED ME for asking for help.
please people what can i do, could you help me shomehow?

even getting this exposed or reddit without getting banned would be good help.
or exposing this with other accounts if you can.

The bugs were in the "confidence" and "doublespend" api of blockcypher.
they advertise that as a safe way to accept quick btc transactions.
services like shapeshift, btc gambling casinos were using it too, i was feeling safe.

it was tested a lot and 100% working, this loss was not possible if blockcypher had 0 bugs.

blockcypher api for 1 hour flagged ALL transactions as safe to accept with high confidence.
during that hour someone attacked my services (digital items shop and one like shapeshift)
and stole 7 btc worth of crypto/items with doublespends.

I contacted blockcypher support in less than 1 hour and as soon as i contacted them the bug
was closed, they denied everything and now ignoring me completely.

i suspect one of them bugged the api and stole from my services, then closed the bug as nothing happens.
perfect heist if you guys think about it: you are working at blockcypher and do this:

bug api on purpose -> steal from services using the api -> restore api and close bugs -> deny everything, keep money.

under normal circumstances (no bugs in blockcypher) this happens on my services:

user tries to double spend -> blockcypher api warns about that -> my service does not accept payment.

so as you see no harm was possible
All the proof i have are all the email messages between me/blockcypher with all the details on this issue, all the tokens
used and some of the affected transactions id. those txid are now gone from the network, i get not found on blockchain but they were there when this happened (double spends). im willing to give moderators full access to email account  messages.

Im 100% open to prove im real and not a random guy asking 7 btc for no reason..
i just want them back from them, is the right thing. this is ruining my life dammit i have 4 kids what can i do now.
on top of this someone is trying to extort 0.5 btc from me to get my 7 back. its a lie of course, he claims to work for blockcypher.. if thats true this makes them the devil, its a very red flag.
i paid top dollar for premium services with them in the past, over 5000$ and this is the treatment i get now. i feel very bad

I suggest post all the evidence here so the mod or admin will help you post this  on scam acccusation. And i feel sorry about your big btc lost. I hope blockcypher make action about this issue.

i showed blockcypher support some of the affected transactions id when this happened but there were many more.
now those txid are gone, they dont show up on blockchain explorers cause they were doublespends.
they were gone a couple of days later after this fact, even if i post one txid here it looks like a made up one cause you cant see it anymore,

i gave them all my tokens uses. with those tokens their api tracks your usage so they are perfectly able to
see im not lying.

the emails between us/them contain sensitive data i would rather not post them publicly but have a trusted moderator
(or more) take a look. i can give them username + password for the email account, im 100% open to that.

what you mean code snippet? my services were just checking the return values of blockcypher api calls,
like "doublespend = false" or "confidence = 0.99". those 2 parameters were bugged on their end and even a obvious
doublepend was falgged like that. usually they worked perfect flagging doublespends as true and giving a low rate (not 99%).
that 99 means "chances it will get included in next block" also. all lies.

one user on reddit says he works for them is trying to scam me of 0.5 btc more, he is extremely mean and aggressive too.
this is by far the worst thing some one did to me in my entire life, and i never caused pain to a living being.

please, can a moderator do this and verify me?

Show the screenshots of your claim so that the community will know. Im sure many more people will read your thread/complain here if you show the proofs.

and if this is true, talk to god, ask for guidance and dont hang yourself.
