Yes and that should be strictly implemented by the wallet holders since their's so many attacks happening these days and we should store our balance on any exchangers or webwallets where we cannot tell that will last long and been backen up by legit business institution. And for those balances to became more safety I would agree with you upon using some offline wallet since it can make us away from those malware threats or anything walks around the cyber space.

I  think the  threat of  bitcoin is  transaction fees  is too high as the value  rises,   and  the content of  every block is  not  enough for more  uses.    BCC  is doing  well  at  this moment.
