Rockminer T1 Issue

I am setting up a rockminer T1 that I just got back up and running. I had to get new cables, and 1k power supply, and a new block erupter.  Here's the issue. I got everything powered up and running. I can log into the BE and input all the info. But when it restarts, it will not allow me back into the menu again. It goes to the page can't be displayed. I left it at it's default IP as my network is the same numerically. Any help is appreciated.
