Please describe how the exchange takes place, the first time I meet such. Exchange offices take a lot of money for entering and withdrawing money.

it was not first idea-(first was that i just  looking to trade coins myself)- but yes i should start offer escrow with low fee for coin traders.
is any demand for escrow?
