Yes but forum time and real time are not same... About 1 minut diference...
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I didn't think about that so far too be honest. But I guess I can't change the rules anymore now, so it has to be UTC.

I was planing to do it in last second but have no energy to stay hire for 4 more hours... It was just to big day(got our BFL chip board working)...

So hire it is 2.2 BTC...
