AS stated in title, I need Preev 1:1 PayPal and have bitcoin.  How much bitcoin depends on when we make the deal.  Please read the rules below.

This will be a neutral-feedback-left transaction.

Local rules:

1) I will deal with no one under Full member, and I don't want anyone under that rank to even comment here.  If you're a Member or below, I will report your post as having broken my local rule.  Don't even PM me if you're below Full Member.

2) I will only deal with trusted members, and that's at my discretion.

3) Preev rate is what we agree on, so don't try to haggle with me.

4) I will not send first, since the risk is all on my side.

5) I will use the "economic" network fee on Mycelium, which may take a while, but I will send the bitcoin right after receiving the PayPal funds.

Now that we got that out of the way, please post here if you're interested.  I will PM you my PayPal address, and you will have to let me know what your bitcoin address is.

Edit:  Unlocked again.  We had to deal with a mini-crisis at work.  Please do NOT send PayPal funds before we reach a deal.

Not bought or hacked. I use Quicklynx on many different forums and I'd be more than willing to find a way to prove it, or use a light transaction.

I just did a transaction the day before yesterday, although small, it still went through and was successful. Liquid even sent the ZCash first and I PayPal'd him right after.

I've been on a gap as I've mainly been holding the last few years and I don't have too much interest other than the occasional lurking on the site.
