Did you try running them with raspberry pi ? Easy install here how-to :

Moonlander 2 are perfect stick to mine penny coins and bet on it.
Or use them to solo mine LTC or other coins as lottery tickets. Can be fun.

Sticks are mostly build for learning purpose or lottery ticket like Gekko 2PAC.
But Moonlander 2 low power make them very profitable in term of hashrate vs energy cost .
